Local citizens and business are encouraged to register their thoughts and questions regarding recent City policies, programs and spending in each of these categories.  To help focus such responses, a copy of the objectives and goals identified in the 2003 Comprehensive Plan is attached in pdf format by clicking here.  You may access the entire Comp Plan in pdf format by clicking here or you can purchase copies in the City Clerk's office ($5.00 black and white, $40.00 color).
