The City Clerk's office is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and retaining many of the City's records which include Council minutes, ordinances, resolutions, agreements, contracts, leases, bonds, easements, permits, petitions, and oaths of both elected and appointed officials.

    The City Clerk's office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  The office is open on select weekends when necessary (see web site news).  For further information the Clerk's Office can be reached at 815-895-4515.
