Rates within the City Limits: Each user shall pay for services provided by the City of Sycamore based on his/her use of the treatment works as determined by water meter readings or other appropriate methods acceptable to the City. Each user shall be billed $2.73 per 100 cu. ft. of usage. The minimum charge for any account shall be $4.03 per billing period (every 2 months) For those users whose wastewater has a greater strength than normal domestic sewage, a surcharge in addition to the normal user rate will be collected.
