City of Sycamore Utility Billing Direct Debit Payment Option.

Beginning November 1, 2008 the City of Sycamore is offering a direct debit option for payment of water sewer and garbage fees. 

How does the direct debit system work?

The customer signs up for the direct debit program by filing out the authorization form and attaches a voided check before returning it to the Water Division or City Treasurer for processing.  Once the form is received and processed the customer continues to receive the blue billing postcard every other month.  The bill will show the current charges and amount due, and will note that "your account will be debited on the 15th".  The customer's account will be debited the amount listed on the bill on the 15th of the month due.
