Mission Statement

The Mission of the Sycamore Fire Department is to deliver quality emergency services, respond to disasters, create prevention programs that save life and property, selflessly serve our customers and create excellence through education, training and community involvement.

The Fire Department is made up of the following divisions:

Administration Division- is responsible for the overall management of the department's operations, including budget preparation and administration, policy formation and administration, and emergency service planning.

Operations Division- is responsible for rapid responses by fully trained and equipped personnel to fire and medical emergencies.
