2. The City of Sycamore offers the option to receive bimonthly utility bills via email rather than through the mail. To sign up to receive email utility bills, please complete and submit this online form. You may also download and submit a paper form (PDF). Please note that this email billing option is only available to property owners, not tenants.

   All utility bill payments are due by the 15th of the month. Regular bills are mailed on the last day of each month. However, customers with email billing may receive their emailed bill several days prior to the end of the month. The bill will be sent from noreply@locis.com with the subject line of "Utility Bill". Please add that email to your safe senders list to avoid your bill being re-directed to a junk email folder.
