Electrical Contractor Registration/Renewal Form

  1. To perform electrical work within the City of Sycamore, all Electrical Contractors must register with the City and renew annually effective January 1 of each year.

    Registration Requirements:

    • Initial Registration: Initial registration requires submission of a valid electrical license from a testing municipality or ICC and the contractor information requested in the form below.
    • Renewal Registration: Renewal registration requires the contractor information requested in the form below.

    After approval, a $50.00 invoice will be emailed to you with payment instructions.

    Once payment is completed, you will receive a receipt and be automatically registered in the City of Sycamore's database. No registration will be effective, and no permits will be approved, until the registration or renewal is approved and paid for.
